Ingredients:
- 500g youghurt
- 250 ml water
- 1 Green chilli
- 1/2 inch / 1cm of Ginger
- 1 tsp chopped corriander leaves
- 8 Curry leaves
- Salt and a pinch of asafoetida to taste
- Blend all the ingredients.
- Add salt to taste
