Masala Buttermilk


Cooking time: 5mins
                                                                                 





Ingredients: 

  • 500g youghurt
  • 250 ml water 
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1/2 inch / 1cm of Ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped corriander leaves
  • 8 Curry leaves
  • Salt and a pinch of asafoetida to taste
                                                                               
Preparation Method:
  1. Blend all the ingredients.
  2. Add salt to taste
