Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar/ cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp finely cut chives
- 1 tbsp finely cut parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 shallot
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Blend all the ingredients- Add Salt and pepper to taste
