Kulfi

Ingredients: 
  • 350g Condensed Milk with Sugar
  • 350g  Condensed Milk without Sugar
  • 1/2 L Chilled Double Cream
  • Pinch of Saffron
  • 7 Powdered Cardamoms 
  • 25g Almond sticks
  • 25g Cut Pistachio
                                                                               
Preparation Method:
  1. Beat the cream into peaks in a large bowl.
  2. Then add all the condensed milk, the saffron and the cardamom and mix.
  3. Place the mixture into moulds ( preferably into cone shaped moulds) and add nuts.
  4. Freeze it overnight.
